Go Troppo Customer Terms and Conditions
Your payment of the deposit is you acceptance of these conditions and requirements.
Go Troppo works hard to ensure that all guests have a great time and are
able to enjoy themselves fully. We also take great pride in ensuring
the safety and comfort of all guests and staff and bad behaviour will not
be tolerated.
Any deviation from the below requirements will result in the immediate
termination of the cruise with the forfeit of all monies paid.
It is your reasonability to ensure all your guests are aware of the below
conditions before boarding.
- Bucks/Hens Parties – and any other cruise at our discretion - will require a $1000.00 damage deposit which is returnable at the end of the night less any amount for any damage or repairs that may be required.
- All adult entertainment including strippers, topless waitresses etc are organised by Go Troppo in consultation with the client
- Under no circumstances can the client arrange and have their own adult entertainment on board. Please see attached guidelines for Adult Entertainers.
- Any guest whose behaviour is considered rude, offensive or aggressive will be removed from the vessel immediately and Go Troppo reserves the right to terminate the cruise.
- Go Troppo also reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who is in breach of the Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines.
- Any guest found smoking on non smoking vessels will be given ONE (1) warning, if the guest is found a second time, Go Troppo reserves the right to remove the guest at the nearest wharf.
- Smoking is limited on some vessels due to the new liquor licensing laws. Please ask before booking your cruise to eliminate any problems.
- The throwing of items (food, cigarette butts, cans, bottles, rubbish) into the river will not be tolerated and Go Troppo reserves the right to remove any guests found in breach of this and terminate the cruise.
- Go troppo expects all guests to behave with respect and integrity in regards to staff, the boat, and each other. Any guest found to be disrespectful will be removed from the vessel
